Contact Form Privacy Notice
This notice describes the contact form on this website. It does not establish a hosting location, certification, or legal conclusion.
Information submitted
The form asks for your name, email address, an optional team or organization, the plan you are interested in, an optional link to a match video, and your message. Please do not put credentials, medical information, or other sensitive personal material in the form. Only share video links you are allowed to share.
Purpose and security processing
The submitted fields are used to deliver and respond to your inquiry. The endpoint also processes limited request metadata to reject oversized or cross-site requests, suppress automated submissions, prevent duplicate delivery, and apply a short-lived request limit. The rate-limit key is one-way derived rather than stored as a raw network address in the application process.
Service providers
The deployed website host processes the web request. If contact delivery is enabled, PrairieScope sends the form fields and the notice version to Resend for email delivery. The resulting email is then handled by the configured PrairieScope mailbox provider. Direct email uses the sender's and recipient's email providers instead of this form endpoint.
Retention and location
The website code does not set or enforce mailbox deletion periods. Contact messages are therefore subject to the configured email and hosting providers and the operator's documented mailbox process. No fixed retention period or data-residency location is promised by this notice. Ask PrairieScope for the current arrangement before submitting if either point is material to your inquiry.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to use the form. To ask what contact information is held, or to request correction or deletion, email andrii@prairiescope.ca. The applicable response and any exceptions depend on the operational and legal context.
Acknowledgement and changes
The form records the notice version acknowledged with the inquiry email. If this notice version changes while you are completing the form, the endpoint requires you to review the current version before resubmitting. This notice does not assert a compliance certification.
