The service

PrairieScope analyzes soccer match video you provide and delivers the results in your club workspace and as a match report. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing section at the time you order.

Results are produced by automated analysis and checked before delivery. They are estimates from video and can contain errors, for example where players are hidden, far from the camera or out of frame. They are meant to support coaching decisions, not to replace them.

Free first match

We analyze one complete match for a new team at no cost, with the same analysis a monthly plan includes. One free match per team; we may decline it if the footage is not suitable for analysis. The free match does not start a plan or a payment.

Plans, prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes (GST/HST and any provincial sales tax), which are added to your invoice.

Plans are billed monthly in advance and include the number of matches listed for the plan; unused matches do not carry over to the next month. Matches beyond the plan in a month are billed per match at the extra-match price shown on our pricing section.

We invoice by email. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Footage and delivery

You share match video by a link (for example Google Drive, Dropbox or YouTube) or by the upload method we send you. Delivery times depend on match length and current volume and are estimates, not guarantees.

Footage must show the match from a wide, elevated position that keeps most of the pitch in view. If a recording cannot be analyzed to a usable standard, we will tell you and you will not be charged for that match.

Refunds and corrections

If a delivered analysis has a clear error on our side, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it. If we cannot correct it, we will refund or credit that match.

Monthly plans can be changed or cancelled before the next billing month; the current month is not refunded once matches in it have been analyzed.

Your footage and data

You confirm that you are allowed to share the footage and any line-up information you send us, including any consent your club, league or players require.

Your footage and results stay yours. We use them only to provide and improve the service for you, and we do not sell them. Ask us at any time to delete your footage or results.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected match or month.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and our prices; changes apply to orders and billing months that start after the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
